All contents are first packaged into a smell-proof mylar bag with a zip lock seal, then vacuumed sealed to ensure privacy. They are then shipped using a plain box or bubble mailer.

Once your order is placed and we’ve received your payment, we will begin processing it.

Our cut-off for all shipments is noon (12:00PM PST). If you order past this time, you order will be shipped out the following day after noon.

All packages are shipped via Swiftmedelivery, which can take up to 1-3 business days for delivery to most major cities. If you live in a rural area it may take a day or so longer.

We ship from Oregon, USA – If your package is scanned in Portland, USA the package is on the way

With all our orders we will provide you with a tracking number. If the tracking number says that the package has been delivered to the right address, there is nothing we can do.

If you write the wrong address for us and the package does not show up, we cannot refund or replace your order due to error on your end. Because of the nature of this product we cannot retrieve packages that return to the sender as it is not our address. However if our logistics team wrote the wrong address or forget to write the apartment number, send us a email at inquiriesthewavyclubofpsychonaut@gmail.com  and we will send out a replacement package as soon as possible.

 

It may take up to 6 hours for Swiftme  Post to update their system with the tracking number. If after 6 hours the tracking does not work please do not hesitate to contact us
